Keggo – A simple, private Kegel training app you’ll actually use
I built Keggo for one reason:
Most apps are easy to download.
Very few are easy to stick with.
What is Keggo?
Keggo is a small mobile app for Kegel (pelvic floor) training.
Nothing fancy. No overwhelming features.
Just something you can open, use for a few minutes, and close.
That’s it.

Why I made it
I tried a bunch of apps before building this.
Most of them felt:
- Too complicated
- Too noisy
- Or… a bit awkward to use in public
And the biggest problem:
👉 I didn’t keep using them.
So I wanted to build something that removes friction instead of adding more.
What makes Keggo different?
1. Short sessions you can actually stick to
Each session is just a few minutes.
You don’t need motivation.
You don’t need “energy”.
You just start.

2. Clear, guided flow
Every session follows a simple rhythm:
Squeeze → Hold → Relax → Rest
No guessing. No thinking.
3. Designed to be discreet
Let’s be honest — this isn’t the kind of app people feel comfortable opening anywhere.
So I kept the UI:
- Minimal
- Neutral
- Not “obviously sensitive”
You can open it in public without feeling weird.
4. Focus on consistency, not intensity
Keggo tracks:
- Daily streaks
- Total sessions
- Total minutes
No pressure. No “extreme challenge”.
Just helping you show up every day.

Core features
- Guided Kegel sessions (with optional vibration / sound)
- Progress tracking (streaks, totals)
- Learning tab with basic and advanced exercises
- Reminders to keep your routine
- Local data storage (no account required)
- Backup / restore support
About privacy
This was important to me from the start.
- Your data stays on your device
- No forced sign-up
- You control your data
Because for this kind of app… privacy matters.
A note about ads
I tried to keep things fair:
- No ads interrupting your session
- Optional rewarded videos (only if you choose)
- One-time purchase to remove ads
The goal is simple:
👉 Don’t break the experience while you’re using the app
Who is this for?
- People who want a simple, low-pressure routine
- People who care about privacy and discretion
- People who prefer something lightweight instead of feature-heavy apps
Important note
Keggo is for general wellness and education.
It’s not a medical tool.
If you have specific concerns, you should talk to a professional.
Why this app exists
Honestly, nothing complicated.
I just wanted to build something that I would actually use myself.
Something that doesn’t feel like a “task”
but more like a small habit you can keep.
Final thoughts
Keggo is not perfect.
But it’s built with one clear goal:
👉 Help you stay consistent, without making things harder than they need to be.
